Village Retirement Group versus Brisbane City Council
Tomorrow’s hearing (July 26) in the Planning and Environment Court,  will not be held.
The next scheduled review is on August 22. We will give you more details closer to the date.
In the meantime, sign the petition  supporting the council in its legal fight against multi-storey development at Lota House.  There are already 400 signatures including 80 online. Thanks very much if yours is one of them.  There’s still time if it isn’t.
