Anglicare and Village Retirement Group want to turn Lota House into a high rise retirement village. More than 200 units in an expensive gated community. That is not aged care. Anglicare are not listening!

It’s time to go back to the pollies with a strong community message. To do this, we need numbers – letters to local and state government reps in numbers that can’t be ignored. BAG can hand deliver those letters for you.

Tell them what you think
For your letter to have any weight you will need to include your name and address.

You should address them to 
​Dear Minister, Dear Mayor.

​Please make sure to:

• Express your opposition to the development
• Give your reasons why
• Tell the Mayor you do not support changes to the city plan (link here) which would make it easier for developers to build high rise
• Ask for a reply so they have to take your letter seriously
• If you feel this is a vote changing issue why not tell them so?
